Legal notice

Responsible for this website and for the game:
Mike Penz, Austria
[email protected]

Sole developer and publisher, acting as an individual. The game is published as Numbers3D on Google Play and the App Store and in the desktop and web builds; the bundle identifier is com.mikepenz.numbers3d.

Using the game

The game is free. You may install and play it on your own devices, for personal use, for as long as you like.

Source code and ownership

The source code is published at github.com/mikepenz/Numbers3D. Where the repository carries a licence, that licence governs the code; the name, icon, artwork, store screenshots and this website are © 2026 Mike Penz and are not covered by it. Third-party components keep their own licences, listed in the app under About.

No warranty

The game and this website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. There is no promise that the game is free of defects, that it will run on any particular device, or that it will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, liability for damages arising from use of the game or the site is excluded, except for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Your data

Nothing you do in the game is sent to us. Your progress and settings live on your device, and can be removed by uninstalling the game. The Privacy Policy explains this in full, including what the app stores and this site’s host and CDN see.

Stores and payments

If you install the game from Google Play or the App Store, your relationship with that store is governed by its own terms. Any billing, refund or account question is handled by the store, not by us.

External links

This site links to a handful of third-party pages. We have no control over their content and take no responsibility for it; the operator of each linked page is responsible for it.

Changes

These terms may change as the game changes. The date at the top says when they last did.

Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without depriving a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
